Are your transcripts certified for court use?
Yes. We provide certified, court-approved transcripts prepared by U.S.-based human transcriptionists. Certified work does not use AI. Formatting follows the requirements you specify for your matter.
What turnaround times do you offer?
For court-style English work: Rush (1–2 business days), Standard (3–5 business days), and Extended (6–10 business days). Spanish transcription and translation are offered at Standard (ASAP) published rates.
What file formats can I submit?
Most common legal audio and video formats are accepted. Upload securely through our quote or contact workflow and note any special formatting needs.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?
Files are handled confidentially through secure upload, transcription, and download. Our homepage states that we are CJIS and HIPAA Compliant.
Do you use AI for certified legal transcription?
No. For certified work we use U.S.-based human transcriptionists only—no AI shortcuts—so accuracy, confidentiality, and legal validity stay front and center.
